1.Sanmu new material Felxible Products Quality on Appearance Our manufacturing process has been designed to imitate the random beauity and nature of real stone. As such, stone surfaces may contain small air holes or surface anomalies. These differences add to the overall character of the stone and should not considered to be manufacturing defect. Every piece MS product inherently lack uniformity and is subject to variation in aesthetics, color ,finish, thickness, density etc. lt is normal if products contain few Residual mesh fringed which does not affect installation . lt is normal if product size has small variation on diagonal ( less than 2 mm ) lt is normal that there is some color variation occur on products within the same production batch or across different production batches. These variations add to the overall character of the stone. Customer should aware and communicate clearly to its customers/retailers/consumers in advance on the above before soliciting orders.

2.Production Prepare and Production Time Customer acknowledges that the Products are supplied FOB USD and that there is an 30-45 business days lead time for the manufacture to make available out of the factory warehouse for the shipping of products.

3,Products Inspection Customer should conduct inspection before delivery of products. Customer agrees that Rinsun products comply customer's requirement once the products shipped out of Our factory. However, customer remains right to raise an objection within 15 days after the products arriving destination port. 4,Products Delivery Customer has to take the delivery within 15 days after receiving the delivery notification. Otherwise storage fees will be charged to customer according to the daily 0.5% of total amount. Exceed 30 days without balance paid and delivery from customer, the products will be confiscated by us without returning on deposits.
